🚚 Shipping Information

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time:

United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 10–15 business days (depending on location)

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Orders:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order directly from your Long Jack Nation account.

We proudly ship worldwide!

International shipping rates and times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item you order from Long Jack Nation.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@longjacknation.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@longjacknation.com.

We’ll make it right immediately — by sending a replacement or processing a full refund.
